From our very first meeting when the pool was just an idea to the final inspection and our first jump in our beautiful new pool, Kevin was right there walking us through it all and keeping us updated and informed.  The pool came out better than we ever even imagined thanks to Kevin's professional knowledge, and his attention to every detail. I had Killer Pools build a small pool for me. Absolutely a 5 star company. I really liked Kevin above all other pool contractors I had met with. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. His design plan was excellent. From start to finish, Kevin was available for all my inquiries. He would even make it a priority to stop over and explain the process to me along the way, easing all my fears. He made all of the changes and adjustments that I wanted as the pool build was progressing. During the construction process, his company made sure the site was kept neat and clean. I am over the top in love with the pool outcome. He is very attentive to detail and informative on all questions I had. His coworker, Cody, is super easy to work with as well. This company does great work and I would highly recommend them. - Karen Longinetti

Killer Pools, LLC built an inground pool with a spa, water feature, and screened cover at my home in The Villages, FL. In a quick summary, I am very happy with the final product and the attention to detail given by them.

After looking for a pool builder and interviewing several, I chose Killer Pools for several reasons. First, they were recommended by a neighbor who had built several pools over the years, was knowledgeable about the process, and chose Killer Pools as their builder. Second, and though Killer Pools wasn’t the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive falling in the midrange of the builders I interviewed. By the way, the cheapest builder went bankrupt and left quite a few pools in my area unfinished. I would have been one of the victims had I chosen them. Third, I learned that Killer Pools limits the number of pools they build at any given time to be able to properly manage and oversee their projects. And fourth, I learned that the Killer Pools owner have personal relationships with most of his vendors having known several for many years. That gave me confidence that sub-contractors were already in place and the project would be completed.

The final product is exceptional. I chose a few upgrades including travertine flooring, soffit lighting, and an extended deck. All change orders were done without any issues and the change order fees were essentially just the cost of the materials and labor changes. If you have ever built a house, you probably know that builders don’t like change orders, and they often charge a hefty price to make them. This was not a problem with Killer Pools, and my changes made during the build were integrated into the process with no expensive upcharges.

Kevin and Cody are the two individuals I routinely interacted with. Kevin owns the company, and Cody works for him. Both are very friendly, courteous, and patient. I asked a lot of questions along the way. They were always willing to stop, explain things, and provide information I requested. Not once did I feel rushed or cut off. I felt like a valued customer, and that meant a lot to me.

If you are looking for a pool builder, give Killer Pools a call. I am happy to recommend them to you. - John Hallford
